Drug precursors are chemical raw materials that can be used in the illegal production of narcotics. Trade, storage, import, export and documentation of these substances fall under European regulations and the Dutch Prevention of Misuse of Chemicals Act.<\/p>\n

In the event of suspicious or unusual transactions involving chemicals, DutchChems is required to submit a report. This may apply to unusual orders, unclear customer details, missing documentation, loss or theft.<\/p>\n

Waarom deze informatie belangrijk is<\/h2>\n

DutchChems wants to clearly inform customers about products for which additional legal obligations may apply. For certain substances we may ask for additional details, intended use, company information, a permit or additional documentation.<\/p>\n

When information is missing or does not sufficiently match the product, an order may be checked, held or refused. In a suspicious or unusual situation, DutchChems may report this to the Suspicious Transactions Chemicals reporting point.<\/p>\n
